Time to bust out those walking shoes…the 4th Annual Walk for Health Walk-a-Thon PONTE-EN-FORMA is coming to Roberto Clemente State Park on Sunday April 17th from 10am-2pm. Every year, event sponsors the Diversity Foundation and The National Puerto Rican Parade choose charitable causes important to the community to benefit from the money raised. This year, they’ve chosen the Cristian Rivera Foundation. As if that wasn’t enough of a reason to sign up, the Cristian Rivera Foundation also offers a series of walk-a-thon packages including signature foundation wristbands and t-shirts, as well as $25 gift certificates to Hudson River Café and Havana Café. The Osbournes are well know for their outrageous behavior and usually dark décor. They have all come to “fame” in their own way in their own medium yet, with all the money they should be making they aren’t sharing it. They owe over 1 million in taxes to the government. Seems like we will have a new celebrity couple claiming bankruptcy in order to save what little they can from being seized by the government.

Ice T can now add author to his list of many accomplishments. He is coming out with a book all about his life. He reveals some quite interesting things such as fame not changing his bad habits but how his fans helped him to see the error in his ways. This book is bound to make for good reading especially if you are an Ice T fan.

This “Jersey Shore” star was apparently paid $32,000 to speak at Rutgers University! Seriously?! There was no one else better for them to pay to speak to their students?! Clearly the American school system is failing us at all stages. And as if the price they paid her to speak wasn’t bad enough, the focus of her discussion was tanning! Really now?! This was a major fail for Rutgers!

Dariel Pulliam, a well known stylist to celebrities in ATL passed away Tuesday morning. He had been hospitalized for a few weeks due to a staph infection but the cause behind is death is unknown. He has appeared on quite a few shows such as Frankie & Neffe, Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is, and What Chilli Wants (season 2). He was only 27 and will truly be missed!

Ms. Latoya Carter, ex-wife of Rapper Lil Wayne, is done with living in his shadow. Who could blame her when it’s getting crowded with baby mamas, babies, and convictions. She has a new show starting soon (April 12, 2011) called “Toya’s Family Affair” which will focus much more on her life and her relationship with her family. She always has a book out. And no, it is not a tell all book about Lil Wayne! She is much too classy for that! The icing on this independent, I don’t need my ex-husband/baby daddy cake is…. She is secretly engaged to her current boyfriend. Much props, love and respect to Toya for being her own woman and always staying true to herself.

Amy Winehouse and Reg Travis started dating last May and have their 1st anniversary coming up this year. Travis states that the two are very happy together. That may be a shock for many people as the couple has broken up a few times during their year together. Despite that, they are supposedly planning a wedding for the end of this year.

First and foremost, it must be stated that these charges are not against Little Wayne himself. A female member of a catering staff for a Pre-Grammy party at which Lil Wayne was present is claiming to have been held hostage by a member of his staff. She was allegedly raped multiple times by this person until she managed to escape from them.

The “Jersey Shore” cast is putting the pressure on MTV. They are fusing to renew their contracts until they get more money. We hear that it’s all because this upcoming season,
could be their final season. Sources close to the cast tell say the “Jersey” cast realize the their fifteen minutes of fame might be coming to an end, so they plan on milking MTV for every last cent this last season. So far, only Ronnie has renewed his contrac. MTV has yet to comment.
